Tom Greet started recruiting in 2017 with a phone, a laptop and a list of Bristol companies to call. He liked the city's recruitment scene so much that he moved here in 2020. In February 2023 he launched Talent Chief, an independent rec2rec, from just north of the city. Nearly 10 years in recruitment and 200+ placements later, Bristol is still home.
