He then turns that into an overview candidates actually want to read. Searches run on a retained or contingency basis, for every seat from trainee to Company Director.
Tom will want your life story: what you enjoy, what's missing and what would make you happiest in the long run. He'll then lay out the options that genuinely fit, and if nothing does yet, he'll go and look for it.

Tom spent several years in sales before recruitment, as a personal trainer and then in estate agency, and moved into recruitment in 2017. He found rec2rec almost straight away and has been doing it ever since. He set up Talent Chief in February 2023. When he isn’t recruiting, you’ll find him on the rugby pitch or being outwitted by his three cats.
